Our Story Founded in 2012, Team RDM was created with clients in mind. Co-founders Jeff and Mark realized that a team would provide a more robust service experience and they quickly got to work constructing one. A year later they recruited Diego Montoya to complete the partnership and began working on infrastructure. With Diego’s help they hired support staff and fine-tuned their service model.
